On 17th and 18th of March, 2016, Head of Department for improving the quality of education has participated on 17th International Quality Management Symposium (\u2018\u2019Quality makes a difference\u2019\u2019) that was held in Zadar.
\nAccording to the program of the Symposium, Head of Department for improving the quality of education presented a paper called \u2018\u2019QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE JOSIP JURAJ STROSSMAYER UNIVERSITY OF OSIJEK BASED ON ESG STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ISO 9001 STANDARD\u2019\u2019.
