Short description (Aims and scope): The Journal Food in Health and Disease is a scientific and professional journal of nutrition and dietetics, published by the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and the Co-Publisher is the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek (Croatia). The aim of launching the journal Food in Health and Disease is the publication of scientific and professional papers in the field of nutrition and dietetics, thus adopting a healthy lifestyle and a healthy diet. The journal is published twice a year. Until now, three issues of the journal have been published (the first issue, the first volume of the journal was published in April 2012). The Journal Food in Health and Disease is indexed in the portal Hrčak starting from October 2012. The Chief Editor is Midhat Jašić, PhD. Full professor (Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina), the Editors are Zlata Mujagić (Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina), Amra Odobašić (Tuzla, Bosnia) and Drago Šubarić, PhD, full professor (Osijek, Croatia), and Assistant editors are Ramzija Cvrk (Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzegovina) and Ivana Pavleković (Osijek, Croatia).
