Quality assurance center Council was constituted on January 23, 2014, according to the Regulations of the Quality assurance center of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.
The Center Council, according to the Article 32, paragraph 2 of the Regulations of Quality assurance center, consists of the heads of Center sections, heads of quality assurance offices at the scientific-educational, artistic-educational and educational institutions of the University and representatives of University institutions: City and University library Osijek, Student Center in Osijek and the Student center in Slavonski Brod, representatives of scientific-research institutions of the University, one representative of employees in accordance with the Labor Law, two students representatives proposed by the Student Union of the University and two external members of the non-academic community. Head of the Center is a member of the Centre Council by her position.
