Authorities of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek are issuing this official notice for all students who are awarded with University scholarships in the academic year 2014/2015 which stipulates that they should come and sign the Contract on awarding student scholarships, in the Council Chamber of the Doctoral school room nr.19/II floor at the Rector’s Office of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Trg Sv. Trojstva 3, according to the schedule given below:
Students awarded with the University scholarship in category A:
A1) category
Monday, May 4, 2015 from 8 am till 12 pm
A2) category
Monday, May 4, 2015, from 12 pm till 1.30 pm
A3) category
Monday, May 4, 2015 from 1.30 pm till 3.00 pm
Students awarded with the University scholarship in category C:
C1) category
Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 8 am till 12 pm
C2) category
Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 12 pm till 1.30 pm
C3) category
Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 1.30 pm till 3.00 pm
Students who are unable to attend any of the above given dates in order to sign their contract can contact the University by e-mail: rsinko@unios.hr, iperic@unios.hr or by phone: 031/224-141 or arrange for their contract to be signed at another, special date and time – on Wednesday, the 6th of May 2015.
