Short description (Aims and scope): The aim of the Croatian Operational Research Review journal is to provide high quality scientific papers covering the theory and application of operations research and related areas, mainly quantitative methods and machine learning. The scope of the journal is focused, but not limited to the following areas: combinatorial and discrete optimization, integer programming, linear and nonlinear programming, multiobjective and multicriteria programming, statistics and econometrics, macroeconomics, economic theory, games, control theory, stochastic models and optimization, banking, finance, insurance, simulations, information and decision support systems, data envelopment analysis, neural networks and fuzzy systems, and practical OR and applications.Occasionally, special issues are published dedicated to a particular area of OR or containing selected papers from the International Conference on Operational Research. Papers blindly reviewed and accepted by two independent reviewers are published in this journal.

CROATIAN MEDICAL JOURNAL (CMJ)

Short description (Aims and scope): CMJ is an international peer-reviewed Diamond Open Access journal published six times per year. The CMJ uses the Diamond Open Access model. This means that there are NO author processing fees and no fees to access the published papers. The free access is available on our web page as well as on PubMed Central.
CMJ owners are four Croatian Medical Schools (University Osijek, Rijeka, Split and Zagreb). Official journal of World Assocaition of Croatian Physicians (WACP), Academy of Medical Sciences of Croatia (AMSC), Forum for Public Health in South Eastern Europe (EPH-SEE), International Society for Applied Biological Sciences (ISABS), and Croatian Center for Global Health.
Source and funding: Publication of the journal is supported by the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education, and Sports. Subscriiption:institutional €100, individual €60, and student €40, or equivalent in other currency, for Croatia: institutional Kn480, individual Kn300, and student Kn200.

Short description (Aims and scope): Croatian Journal of Food Science and Technology is an international scientific journal, published by the Faculty of Food Technology, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, since 2009. Launching of this brand new journal in the area of food science and technology was a logical cycle of an increased scientific and professional activity of the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, and its wish to further stimulate publication activities, making this journal a very important part of these efforts. It publishes original research papers, short notes, scientific notes, review articles, professional papers and conference papers. The journal also publishes announcements (organization of congresses, gatherings, conferences, meetings), as well as reports from the major conferences. In addition, the journal also promotes books of domestic and foreign authors related to the profession. Scientific papers (original research papers, short notes, scientific notes and review articles) are accepted and published only in English. These categories of works are subject to foreign and domestic peer review. For each article at least two peer reviews are provided. The journal is published twice a year. So far ten issues of the journal have been published More then 100 reviewers were actively involved in reviewing the Journal papers, some reviewers were from Croatia and others were international coming from more then 20 countries. The Chief Editor of the Croatian Journal of Food Science and Technology is Vlasta Piližota, PhD, full professor, the Deputy chief editor is Ljiljana Primorac, PhD, full professor, Editorial assistant is Ivana Pavleković, BSc engineer.
