Nominations for incoming students are sent by the Sending University coordinators / officials by e-mail to:
Deadlines for nominations: For winter semester: 15 April; For summer semester: 1 November
Once your home University has nominated you to participate in Erasmus+ or other form of mobility at UNIOS, you should complete the online application form and upload the following OBLIGATORY DOCUMENTS:
- Preliminary Learning Agreement for Studies or Learning Agreement for Traineeships
- Scan of the ID card or passport page with personal data
- Transcript of Records from student’s home University
- Certificate of the Erasmus+ student status (signed by home University Erasmus coordinator) or other proof of student eligibility to participate in the exchange program
- non-criminal record (it is a document required only for non-EU students and it is issued by a home town court or local police station stating that a student / applicant did not commit crime or have not been charged and convicted of a felony offense)
Direct link to the Application Platform will be sent to each nominated student after UNIOS confirms the nomination with each student’s home University.
Deadlines for completing the application:
For winter semester: 1 May
For summer semester: 15 November
Applications for trainings (Erasmus+ traineeships) are accepted without any specific deadlines, at least one month before the training starts.
