CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR UKRAINIAN STUDENTS ENROLLED AT UKRAINIAN UNIVERSITIES
FOR ERASMUS+ MOBILITY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OSIJEK
Within the ERASMUS+ Project 2025-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000308296 referring to the activity of student exchanges with higher education institutions in the partner country of Ukraine, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek – UNIOS announces the Call for applications for awarding financial supports to students from the higher education institutions seated in Ukraine for individual incoming mobility to UNIOS.
This call for incoming mobility to UNIOS is open to students who are Ukrainian citizens currently enrolled at Ukrainian universities in the status of full-time or part-time students, and to recent graduates.
Eligibility criteria for students to apply for mobility: Ukrainian citizenship and an active student status, i.e. students need to be enrolled at a Ukrainian university at the time of applying to this call or be recent graduates from Ukrainian universities who gained their diploma within the period of maximum of 12 months before the date of leaving Ukraine for the mobility. Recent graduates can realise their mobility only for traineeships, not for studies.
Eligible period for realization of mobility approved within this call is:
1 March 2026 – 31 July 2027
Students are invited to the receiving UNIOS for studying or training in duration of one semester during the academic years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027, or for short mobility in duration of 1 month to 3 months.
Before applying to this Call, students need to be selected by their home universities and nominated for the exchange to UNIOS. Nomination form officially approved by the sending University is to be attached to the application form.

Application period is open until all available funds for student mobilities are reserved.
Incomplete applications or applications containing false information will not be accepted.
Each student applying to this call for incoming Erasmus+ mobility to UNIOS with nomination issued by their home university is eligible to receive Erasmus+ financial support as determined in the document Call for Application.
